Allow user to add scroll widgets for capturing #26

This PR adds the new scrollable widget and identify it in the inspect view.

[x] Add the scroll widget into the widget container
[x] Add a new "S" widget description indicator into the view when Scroll is selected
[x] Add scroll demo to Example UI.
