Feature - Edit widget description #35

We needed the user to be able to edit widget descriptions after they have been added.

The PR completes the tasks below and meets all requirement for acceptance.

Tasks

[x] Add a button on the WidgetDescription container that says "Edit"
[x] When tapped we should put the view into "edit mode".
- [x] Edit mode will use the same Widget Capture view and functionality, the only difference is the WidgetDescription is pre-filled
- [x] Edit mode will also have an additional button to "Delete" the widget. Put this next to the save button for now.

Acceptance Criteria

[x] When in edit mode the user should be able to move the description position around
[x] When in edit mode the user should be able to change the widgets Name
[x] When in edit mode the user should be able to delete the widget description
