Move flutter driver code from client app to testsuites package and update package
Update package example

Dane updates

Changed the dart define variable name to match the tutorial DRIVE_MODE.
Made captureWidgets optional and used DRIVE_MODE internally to switch between capture and drive mode.
Removed all the old readme references that we had to keys and replaced it with the updated version for the code in this PR
