Can't log in or get password reset #20

Your site won't acknowledge my password. Firefox tells me that I'm using the correct password and user name but it won't log me in. I've tried resetting my password but nothing comes to my email. I even sent the "no reply" email even though it's a Yahoo account just in case but I get nothing. I verified my email though the site by searching for my account so I'm using the correct one. My account name is "robotrix" and I'm guessing you should be able to find my info there. I'd appreciate your help

same here. I've gotten something like 100 dvds since this problem started.

The site does not recognize me. When I tried to get a new password it wants to send it to an old email I no longer have access to. What can I do?

I'm still having the problem. No matter how many times I try, it won't send me a reset email. It knows who I am, as it accepts my email...I just don't get any reset email.
