Improve the fonts used for Hebrew pages #116

Some users have said that the fonts aren't great. I think we need some
suggestions on which ones
to use.

How would we go about that this? Is there a particular font required for Hebrew
pages? Is there a way in CSS or
JS to enable a particular font if the content is in Hebrew?

I suspect it'll have to be JS.

We could tie this in to #115. We could have a CSS class for RTL, and one for
Arabic and one for Hebrew. The JS
layer could apply the appropriate classes as needed.

Someone on Twitter recommended Tahoma for Hebrew. Let's try that.

I don't want to just use Tahoma since the themes are essentially based off the
font. Are there other fonts that are
typically used for Hebrew based sites? I'm sure there are a few that a very
popular/common.
