Support RTL Languages where dir="rtl" is not specified by checking Meta Content-Language #148

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. go to http://www.sarmayeh.net/ShowNews.php?63116
2. use Readability shortcut

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expected to see the readable view, but I just get a message that 
Readability cannot parse 
this page.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.4.4 on Safari 4.0.3 on Mac OS 10.6.1

Now works I think, but it formats it ltr. Need language checking for rtl 
languages.
