Two internet archive domains are blocked, occasionally causing issues when those servers happen to be the one serving the content.

All used to Phishing, so banned by Polish CERT in Poland: https://cert.pl/en/contact/

Without undo at CERT level then in Poland you must override DNS to non-stock or to these do not have contract with CERT (e.g. during a trip to Krakow or the Polish Bieszczady Mountains).
