Create nb_no #10

This is supposed to be the «Bokmål» version of Norwegian. The other one would be «Nynorsk» I am not sure what the exact name of the file should be. Maybe no_nb, or no_no if it is like in minecraft.

Yes, maybe that. Is that another pull request? (I am very new to GitHub, since I am used to use Crowdin.)

EDIT: Just a minute. I see that the contents of the standard English language file, which I interpret that is the one we will always follow and base our translations on, has been changed. I see that it has got 10 lines shorter? My translation is based on what en_us was yesterday.

I removed some of LagBB's tips from his original mod, but don't worry about that, I'll adjust it as needed. As far as credits go, put whatever you like. If you put your name please format it as FIRSTNAME "USERNAME" LASTNAME
