Basic PR_BR localization #25

I created a basic pt_br localization, some tips and terms I could not think of a good translation, so I left the original English. So this is not a 100% translation, but it get 90% on the way, so other people can improve on it.

For tricephalous, it should be translated as 'three headed creature', with the intent of it being a scientific designation. But if you can't, don't worry. Add your name to CREDITS.txt, and I'll merge it in.

Added my name to the CREDITS.txt, and also found out that there is a Portuguese word for tricephalous, and it is tricéfalo
