Changes:

Added maxFPS, maxFPSUnlimited and debugCrashButton from en_us.json
Added improved tips from #17
Added @Max-Henning-Juhnhans to CREDITS.txt
Shortened keybind labels (Hide_UI & Debug_Info)
Changed menu buttons (loadButton, soundButton & okButton)
Removed remaining language buttons (polishButton & polishButtonAlt)
Removed wrong prefix from Loading
