*Added missing lowercase "є" to 'cosmic-reach-font-cyrillic.png', since i fat fingered the enter button somehow

I don't that's where the є character belongs according to unicode, but I'll check now

The font file definitely needs adjusting, but I can do that quickly, merging now.
