Add toki pona localization

Adds support for the minimalist constructed language toki pona, a language with only ~130 words and a community of around 10,000 speakers.

Here, I have made some changes to better fit the grammar and usage of toki pona, however I also think that they should be explained a bit more in detail:

• toki pona only capitalizes proper names, and not at the start of sentences. This is also why "toki pona" is written in lowercase.
• toki pona uses proper adjectives instead of proper nouns, so all proper names must have a noun attached

• toki pona does not have fixed words for yes/no, thus the yes or no options have been changed slightly: nasin Vsync la o kepeken (ala) = (don't) use the Vsync method kalama li lon (ala) = sound (does not) exist tawa pi ilo luka li jasima (ala) = the movement of the hand-tool is (not) mirrored
• All instances of user inputs ending in a colon have been changed to use li instead of a colon to denote the value, as punctuation does not carry any semantic meaning in toki pona. This is effectively the same as using the word "is" in English. nasin suno li <value> = the lighting method is \<value> weka pi ken lukin li <value> = the distance of looking ability is \<value>
• tok is the language code assigned to toki pona (see here). Due to it's nature as a constructed language there is no country code or variation name to put after a hyphen - Minecraft's localization also uses tok.json as the file name

heh I was thinking about doing a toki pona version but it looks like it's here already

Seeing how there's more space in the language menu since buttons were shrunk down, I've decided now is a good time to merge this in.
