The x64 jdk can't be used #225

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Can't open the DroidDraw app

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I have download r1b20 for windows.

The OS:Win7 x64
The JDK version:
java version "1.6.0_20"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_20-b02)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 16.3-b01, mixed mode))

This is likely because of the DroidDraw executable that was built.  As a work 
around, try just double-clicking the droiddraw.jar file.

Can you try the attached executable?  Download into the same dir as 
droiddraw.jar and try it out...  Let me know if it works, I don't have access 
to a windows machine right now.
