I cant install, help me please

Hello when i run the setup install script and install the requirements dont work. It has some errors and i cant install, help me please

Here is the screenshot of the errors that give me python when installing all packages with pip install -r requirements.txt

Im running it on Windows 10

And i installed mysql connector python and give me a error message, and without mysql connector python the command give me errors already

I dont show the username for privacy issues

Also in linux i get diferent errors when installing all python packages

And here is the two latest error messages

In Ubuntu terminal with windows i get a diferent error...

This happens on all linux machines and wsl on windows

try using windows or just doing a google search as to why the libraries have trouble installing.
