document VM git directory in the README #286

It seems unclear that git on the VM softlinks from ~/karmaworld/ to /var/www/karmaworld. This is probably not documented at all.

It was unclear to some that the repo on the VM clones from the host machine, so that git pull and git push on the VM are pointing at an origin on the host system. I thought this was in the docs, but it should be made more clear maybe in an area which is more geared for dev high level info.

This documentation is highly specific to the Vagrant VM which has been abandoned.
