Import db from production #52

Find the optimal database to export from. Clean data as needed. Production is a little messy with test courses, notes with no course and no file. Investigate

html field in production is an escaped javascript string. clean.

for example of note where simple unescaping algorithm does not work.

Bad notes include - (my filter did not catch these. I'm deleting them manually in beta) 282 (dupe) 284 (test garbage) 289 (test garbage) 855 (test garbage)
