Rename the project and all of the packages #460

As agreed after much discussion and deliberation with members of the customer products team the project will now be called "FT.com Page Kit" the repository will be called 'dotcom-page-kit` and the packages should be renamed as follows:

The CLI tool will now be called using the page-kit or pagekit command.
