dev url is here, if you want to play with the result of my changes. http://oi-endpoint-manager-dev.herokuapp.com. I dont think I've covered all the interconnectivity between the fields

Existing endpoints don't have baseURL set. Either we should go through and set those, or handle that case specifically by defaulting to ID.
