[CPORM-4] - Migrate to NPM registry #187

Description

Migration from Bower to NPM registry. INFO

Notes:

Removed bower.json file
Added missing fields to package.json (main, authors, etc) and removed bower dependencies
Updated a test that is making the build fail very often -unrelated to this change-
Tested locally running Karma tests (requires installing locally karma npm install -g karma-cli and then running karma start karma.conf.js --single-run)

on the karma needing globally installed, do you think we can get it installed by putting karma and karma-cli in devDependencies?

one other thing - the README might need updated, and if you could add a line about what the command is to install it, that would be an improvement on what is there currently
