it's possible to create the branch with the wrong base #104

in theory, nori checks out master before creating the branch to run the script on. in practice, checking out master happens in the clone operation, and creating the branch happens in run-script. it's possible for the current branch to become something other than master in between these, e.g. if the user quits the session at that point, and runs another session that includes the same repo.
