This makes @ft-dependency-auto-merger a code owner for all package.json and package-lock.json files in this repository. This step is required for the Dependency Auto-Merger to start merging pull requests.

You should also check that auto-merging is enabled for this repository. Go to Settings and make sure Allow auto-merge is checked.
