On a similar subject to https://github.com/Financial-Times/grid-module/issues/10, should the grid module docs have something to say about disabling user scaling or is this also a candidate for adding to the origami docs?

This and disabling text-size adjust are essential features so gonna put in patch 0.3.2, using similar code to app.ft.com and adding as a requirement for product developers
