Remove flexbox autoprefixer hack #140

Removes the flexbox hack now that autoprefixer can prevent the output of the -webkit-box value.

Closes #137

Also could this be a major version as it will break without using the latest version of obt ?

@JakeChampion I've been leaving this as [do not merge] while OBT was being updated. Do you think it's safe to say OBT has been updated across enough people now to have the latest fix?
