Deprecate snappy mode. #202

Deprecate "snappy mode" as it is not used in any new products/websites. https://github.com/Financial-Times/o-grid/issues/200

Updates the README
Hides the registry demo
Outputs a warning if snappy mode CSS is included

Snappy CSS is not included by default, so there is no warning for users who include all o-grid CSS with without specifying options. There are warnings from the origami-build-tools demo command though as we have a snappy demo (now hidden in the registry)
