Missing placeholder classes when not in fully responsive mode #33

A few settings e.g. $o-grid-is-fixed-desktop: true cause whole swathes of scss not to be generated, which means some placeholder classes e.g %o-grid-colspan-M6 aren't present and sass compilation fails
