The current demos in the registry are sufficient for a designer to start creating designs.

Something like http://bbc-news-prototypes.heroku.com/understanding-groups/index.html would be more helpful. Requirement: Gutters, margins and columns displayed L1, L2 etc sizes [maybe some type shown aswell - just if it's easy]
