Allow flexible gutters #95

Previously, the configuration only allowed gutters to be in pixels. This tweak allows setting gutters as percentages.

@charypar with this tweak, Next FT can use the current version of o-grid with their own configuration.

This keeps the way the whole grid system works and allows for experimentation on your side.
