@ironsidevsquincy I've made the following changes:

normalised the bounding box to 128, this is a work-around for a conversion bug where the converted PNG is very fuzzy if the source SVG is very small
normalised the colour to black (the bell icon was grey)
removed the ClipPath from the SVG (which the image service can't convert to PNG)

Are you OK with these changes? Merge at will if you are.
