Remove IE11 connection debugging code which we no longer require #280

We've gathered enough data for debugging the IE11 issue now -- fixes https://github.com/Financial-Times/o-tracking/issues/187

o-tracking bundle size difference from 2.0.10 to 7a936bf4dba64f61c12b714a02dfbd386856c191 js: 4.32kb increase (1.35kb/gzip)

@notlee There were meetings about the data a couple years ago, the outcome the data showed IE11 was losing data but we couldn't figure out why.
