To add an Internal Products headings set. #159

Although this may be merged with the product headings at some point please can we add a new set of six type sizes for use by Internal Products and Services. This is to give them a limited selection to help with consistency going forward while providing a clearer visual hierarchy while still providing some degree flexibility at the smaller sizes.

The sizes are as follows: 84/84px (10 on the scale) 56/56px (8) 28/32px (4) 18/20px (1) 16/20px (0) 14/16px (-1)

If we can think of an elegant way of allowing these to be implemented in either Metric Regular or Semi-Bold that would be great.
