Remove editorial styles #207

Remove styles which have been moved to other components.

Including styles which will go to:

o-editorial-typography
o-editorial-layout
o-big-number
o-quote

As discussed in the v6 proposal: https://github.com/Financial-Times/o-typography/issues/203

MIGRATION.md has a list of changes. When the above components are finalised it will be updated with more instruction.
