docs: Brand the blog index page [OR-714] #1692

Ensure the currently selected brand is maintained when viewing the blog index page.

This allows the user to navigate between branded and non-branded blog content.

This doesn't handle the blog posts themselves, as I believe Ben has handled that. Just need to find the branch/ask him to push
