Deprecate the alternative, jade o-cookie-message #205

o-cookie-message has two variants: one is teal, and the alternate style is jade. It’s causing some confusion, where new ft.com projects use the default teal variant but find it's mismatched with the rest of ft.com.

I’m not sure why we have both but I think it might be because we were still experimenting at the time the alternate style of o-cookie-message was added.

After chatting to Design Ops we decided to replace the alternate jade version on ft.com with teal. We couldn't find any other users of the jade version (investors chronical and the banker also use a modified jade version).

We have design approval but do we need to ensure cookie conversation rates don't change? Maybe we should flag with the owner of Customer Products' n-messaging-client before making a change
