ACQ-2084: remove refer a friend test from gift article #692

Description

Remove refer a friend feature from the gift article component. This was introduced by re-thinking subs to run a test and it's no longer needed. PR has been raised to clean-up next-article: https://github.com/Financial-Times/next-article/pull/5002 Related flag will also be deleted.
