Replace test app by Storybook #1083

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Today when working on a component we have 2 ways to test it: test app and Storybook. It's a duplication of effort, we should choose 1 and invest on it to make it fast and efficient.

Describe the solution you'd like Get rid of the test app and use exclusively Storybook. Fix any pain in the process of developing on Storybook.

Describe alternatives you've considered Work on the same story file but in a lighter environment when developing, for fast re-build / refresh.
