Export from Eclipse as runnable Jar, or as classes + launch script
Configuration of external libraries (Hansoft native lib)
Configuration of runtime parameters/properties file
- server.properties
- HansoftSVNusers.map

Not really. Though apart from the Hansoft SDK it should be fairly straight forward.
