UC2: As a sys admin I would like to configure the integration in a central location

Each configurable compenent has a configuration file:

• Integration Server: server.properties
• SVN Annotation server: (optionally, port specified on command line)
• SVN post-commit hook: hook-config.conf
• Client plug-in pusher: plugin.properties

Given that "everything" is configurable, albeit not in one central location, I'll mark this as closed.
