Remove asterisk note from Completions page about no-time runners

Let's remove the asterisk and green note from the Completions page since the actual time of completing isn't really interesting (except perhaps at the very end of the very last day). More importantly, it feels like we're shining a light on the fact that someone is shy and hiding their times, which they might take badly. :-)
