Update age grade tables? #86

@adamengst The official USATF age grade tables were finally updated with Feb 2020's new women's half marathon world record.

I have an update ready, but this will bump all womens' age grades for Skunk down a little. Do we do that now, or before next year starts (if there's a next year)?

Let's leave it alone for this year since it might change the ordering for Age Grade with Caitlin and Adam, which would be disconcerting. But definitely for next year!
