[Nvidia] Water Texure Glitching & Fix #407

Bug Description

( Sorry in advance, if this is not embeddium Related ) So far within the small community i play with, this is the list of graphics cards we are working with. [Note] That Our AMD Users, don't seem to have any known issues at this time. Nvidia GTX 1070 Nvidia GTX 1080 Nvidia RTX 2080 Nvidia RTX 3080

Reproduction Steps

Once we load into any mod pack that has Oculus / Embeddium, Looking at the water as seen in the picture, its very nice looking. If we move our mouse in certain directions ect, eventually the textures for water glitch, showing zig-zagged textureless water that looks ugly.

What we have done to fix the issue permanently so far for each of us. Literally Open Nvidia Control panel , Do nothing for 10 seconds. Problem solved.

Not sure why or how, Uneducated guess, maybe minecraft / Mod / shaders, pulls the graphics card settings/info after opening the Nvidia control panel?? not sure.

Hopefully this can help others who are having a similar issue, and hope that this could help narrow down of its a Oculus or Embeddium , texture, shader, Mojang, or nvidia problem. Thanks.

{3017E908-E7E0-4F87-ACB6-CA8A0B17DEDF} Well apparently if you are in creative mode, and fly over the water, and look at least 90% downwards, then it will still do it, but how often are people flying & looking nearly straight down? ha ha.

( Zig-Zagged lines) animate 4 blocks down_right, & reset & repeat. ect
