Clean up phab-conduit.el #2

This file has been used as a dumping ground for all sorts of testing code...

The testing code needs moving out to a seperate file and a proper conduit API needs creating.

You might want to remove the secret keys and the example data that has confidential company data in it

Or is that a test instance?

It's a test instance, but you're still probably right all the same!
