Camera glitch when jumping outside level #13

When you're large and jump up in level 5, the camera glitches.

I can't reproduce this on level 5, but I do see it on level 2 and 3.

I think we just need to add some extra height to levels 2 and 3 (and maybe 4).

I already fixed it in commit 61fd99d3abddbfd0349a4253952e1b0835728b0f. Added & Offset a couple of rows to Levels 2,3,4
