deps: apply the changes of finschia v2.0.0-rc5 #102

Description

bump up finschia-proto v2.0.0-rc5
- add compatibility cosmos-sdk api (/cosmos/base/tendermint/v1beta1/query.proto)
replace the relayer version from 2.2.0 to 2.4.1
- need to change the base ibc-go version of finschia v2.0.0 to v4.3.1
update script configs
