Description

apply the changes of lbm-sdk v0.4.0-rc1

add x/foundation module
add index field in to TxResponse
fix faucet docker bug of #24 .

docker image version need to be updated in script/lbm/env, script/simapp42/env to run docker image in lbmjs. current docker image version specified as 0.3.0-rc0.

Thank you. I'll update as another issue the scripts for testing after registering the lbm new version docker image. I add this issue as #26 .
