Fix network integration scripts for stargate package with docker image.
- Use public line/lbm-simapp docker image in https://hub.docker.com/r/line/lbm-simapp/tags.
Change the genesis file and env settings.

I cannot add the network integration test in github action. I can't find the solution to run docker image in background mode, so I didnot add the integration test.
