Dear PoPS team,

Thanks for the powerful method to prioritise genes. Can I ask is there any script to perform feature clustering shown in the PoPS paper Fig3b, which ranked feature clusters for their contribution?

May I ask for the feature clustering script as well? And I would also like to know the annotation of feature names, for example what pathway.331 represents? Many thanks!
