Scenario UI issues #609

Scenario UI has minor bugs which causes inconvenience to the user.

No loading state in scenario detail page.
Unnecessary space on right side of the screen in scenario entities.
Set min-width for entities and scenario list.
Edit Scenario, access has no value.
Clicking on scenario entity should open edit dialog, similar to mobile application.
