Hi,

I've made this pull request to the version by skainz, but I guess I chose the fork instead of the original accidentally... :(

This adds support for Inkscape 0.91 and cleans up a few labels. There's currently a discussion on the Inkscape developers mailing list if NiceCharts should be added to the default extensions shipped with Inkscape: https://sourceforge.net/p/inkscape/mailman/message/34884277/

I'll probably merge your PR if I don't encounter unexpected problems.

Regarding the inclusion into Inkscape: I've opened an Issue for that here where I also provide a slightly longer explanation for the current state; please post that to the Inkscape-ML as I am not subscribed to it.
