Currently, the process requires a developer to:

Transform the incoming hydrants file to GEOJSON
Upload the file to s3 using a specific naming convention
Run tippecanoe to burn the hydrants into an mbtiles
Upload the mbtiles to s3
Either a) redeploy the tileservers or b) pull updated mbtiles to each tile server and restart

Would be preferable to be able upload an incoming shapefile to FireCARES and perform the remainder of the steps using Jekins.
