Description

Fixes #16. Encode function could not use already decoded data, so I had to create new function. I think this could need some refactoring in future

Added a new button to AccountControl
Added a new page EditAccountPage based on AddAccountPage
Implemented functionality to edit existing keys: names and colors only. Old data is removed and then new data is saved.
Added some helpers to DataHelper required to implement the feature
Updated Readme.ru-RU.md - fixed a picture and also added a link to new language
